A deep dive into the minutia of Japanese bureaucracy dealing with Godzilla, with a conclusion that is straight out of the 2001 sci-fi movie Evolution! The politics, politicians, meetings, boardrooms and committees are a slog, but I loved the clunky-looking Godzilla effects.
