Review
For a movie that is a simple vessel for action sequences it certainly lacks energy. I admire the attempt to retcon the medieval setting around a The Raid-style one-verses-hundreds actioner, but the budget really struggles to fill the vision. The sets are 90s TV-level of fakery and the CGI is outright inexcusable. +1 for the costume design.
The cheesy first half is a slog but is redeemed a little by the final battle. Not really recommended unless you’ve run out of better things to watch, but it does have some redeeming qualities.
