I have watched this movie once. This was on .

The story of Christine Chubbuck, a 1970s TV reporter struggling with depression and professional frustrations as she tries to advance her career.

The shocking true story that changed the face of television.

Rebecca Hall is outstanding as the lead in the meandering character study of an ill TV reporter in the 1970s. The entire vibe is well done, but there are many seemingly important scenes that don't really lead anywhere. Similar to Antonio Campos' "The Devil All the Time", a much tigther edit would have helped the pacing a lot. It's not a bad movie, but apart from the shocking conclusion, nothing much happens.
