Very creepy apparition, reminds me a lot of The Ring and The Grudge - a black scary splodge.
The overhead shots through the house was marvellous. The paralysis teleportation was satisfyingly creepy. There is moody scenes with dust and lit with ungodly lights.
The third act is bonkers, starting with the reveal - unexpected but tied up the entire story. The jail cell scene is matched in its craziness with the police scene.
Overall a pretty cool horror movie. There is gore but there is also suspense and scares galore. It you’re a horror fan, you’ll love this. If you’re a movie fan, it’s definitely worth a watch.
