Simon Jobling, the Multipack founder, has finally released his little football project - World Cup Kickoff for the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

It has all the matches for this years forthcoming World Cup in Germany, but with a cool twist. All the games are marked-up with Microformats, meaning there is extra cool semantic HTML underneath. This is just for the geeks amoung us, it's actually got a useful purpose.

The twist of World Cup Kickoff over the others is that you can easily import the games (or a specific group or an individual team) in to your calendar off choice, whether it be Outlook, iCal, Thunderbird or the recently released Google Calendar.

Hell, there is even an RSS feed for the ultra-geeks amoung us, so you can use the World Cup data on your site or keep up to date with your favourite aggregator.
