Hakon Lie of the Opera web browser has sent a rather interesting email to Mr. Bill Gates of Microsoft fame. The email complains about Microsoft’s statement on interoperability and continues to rant about IE. Every web developer wants Internet Explorer’s handling of CSS to be fixed because, if you’ve ever tried to develop a complex site for it, it is simply a nightmare.
